Show up and be present in your supporter’s online activity.
🎯Capture your supporter’s attention.
Learn who your supporters are and why they like what you do.
Keep a record of what you know and view patterns of understanding.
Listen to what they need from you.
🎯Use digital tools to build relationships: use data, email, SMS, social, and podcasts.
Ask questions and listen more.
Share great content to support what you do and how you do it.
Keep it personal and be available online to answer questions.
🎯Deliver valuable content and share often.
Accomplish what you set out to achieve.
Ask your trusted community to join you.
Ask them to consider supporting you with a donation.
🎯Welcome a community.
They’ll join because they donated; they’ll stay for the community.
Continue to earn their trust & educate those who care.
Create the impact promised and report back to your donors.
