Storytelling is a powerful tool.

It can attract and motivate your supporters.

It can change your reader’s perspective

It can show how your supporters helped build connections between ideas and action.

And I have 5 specific reasons why:

  • Reason #1: Attraction of the story compels your audience to learn about your cause.
  • Reason #2: Motivation shows your reader what you do to support your cause.
  • Reason #3: Perspective is gained by the reader as they learn about how you do what you do.
  • Reason #4: Connection is personal when your reader feels when they are described in the story.
  • Reason #5: Action is the idea shared that compels your reader to donate just like the character did in the story.

Are you sharing stories for your social profit? I’d love to connect with you (and answer any questions you have getting started!).
